Re: breast cancer estrogen positive and pregnant..help

Hello,

1. I would start the budwig diet right away. I would start slow with 2 Tbs of flax oil and gradually work it up to 4-6 Tbs. Use the ground flaxseeds as well, as they contain lignan-type isoflavones and act as anti-estrogen.
Here's some links:

2. I would use fermented soy drinks such as:
Haelan 951
For more info,

www.cancer-therapy.net/haelanPage.htm
www.sagepartners.com
or -
Yang-851-- "same type of product [as Haelan], but it only costs about twenty dollars per bottle, whereas Haelan costs fifty-five" (Pelton cited in Hess, 1999, p. 150)
or -
Nutra-Soy-- by Dr. Narula at Chapel Hill; reportedly better absorbed than Haelan
or -
Soy Option-- fermented; especially effective w/breast & prostate cancer; tastes better than Haelan; from BioImmune.com

3. With regards to nutrition, the following vegetables have strong anti-cancer properties: CARROTS, BEETS, RED GRAPES, ASPERAGUS, CRUCEFEROUS, BROCCOLI SPROUTS, GREEN VEGETABLES, WHEATGRASS (in small amounts of 2-3 oz a day only during pregnancy)
Also good are: berries, garlic, onions, apples (granny smith), mung beans, curcumin, sprouted legumes, almonds and brazil nuts.
If juicing grapes mix with fruit that is kess sweet such as pears or green apples, and drink only a little grape juice at a time.
when making juices try using low revolution or masticating juicer. Drink only fresh juices short time after they are juiced.

Some fermented organic soy products such as tempeh, cultured soy yogurt, Miso and tamari in moderation (high sodium)

When cooking vegetables use the steming method. Vegetables should be lightly streamed in stainless steal pots not aluminum.

After a while (6-8 weeks) it is o.k to add some sea water fatty fish such as grilled salmon and also occasional slice of rye or sprouted wheat bread.

Try to minimize omega 6 fats and increase intake of omega 3 and omega 9 (olive oil and avocado)

other helpful things:
-sweat
-light excercise
-Dry all body brushing before showers
-body-mind therapy
-deep breathing
-walks in nature
-drinking juices slowly
-Eating slowly and chewing well. Also don't let anything disturb you while eating especially the phone (I would disconnect it during meals).

With regards to suplements I would consider the following:
B12
Vitamin C take with Beta glucan
Vitamin E
Selenium
Coq10
d-glucarate
Vitamin D-3
CAN-SSIAC (by Crystal Star)
L-lysine
A-R-T-E-M-I-S-I-N-I-N
digestive enzymes
sprouted grain

AVOID: bottled/canned juice (except tomato), high-glycemic foods on empty stomach, SUGAR, sweets & artificial sweeteners (but stevia's ok), salt & sodium; fats/oils (other than flax seed, borage, olive, coconut, & fish oils); pork & fatty meat (except Alaskan salmon), dairy, eggs; nonsprouted bread, wheat, white flour, white rice products, & pasta; refined, processed, fried, & junk food; drugs/chemicals

God Bless
