breast cancer estrogen positive and pregnant..help

What alternative treatments are available for a pregnant woman who has estrogen positive breast cancer? She has been eating all organic fruits and vegetables, avoiding red meat and dairy, drinking carrot juice, and drinking distilled water. The tumor is growing and she is soon to enter her third trimester. Is there any way to naturally stop the influence of estrogen given her pregnancy? Any help would really be appreciated. The tumor is becoming very painful and she is also experiencing swelling of the legs and a couple painful weeping sores under her arm near the tumor site. There is also a lot of swelling surrounding the tumor. Two lives are involved here and she needs all the help she can get. She will not go the route of chemo or radiation. Thank you.
