I don't really know, but I would have to imagine not since I would have to guess that if you could, there would be no need for the lancelet kind. The lancelet kind tests with your actual blood so it's reading what is going around in your blood at that actual moment. I don't think that urine would be as accurate, but this is just me speculating. I only got mine at the pharmacy, you could maybe look online for more info to see if such a thing exists. I know the lancelets suck and you have to play around with where to do it so it hurts the least, but it's worth it though in the end.
