i am against implants, so do bridges, i would say.  but, if you really want the best advice, maybe you can send your pic to terry dischenger and get his assessment.

there is an orthodontist in oregon, terry dischinger (former portland trailblazer).  Dischinger practices orthodontics with his son, Bill Dischinger, in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Dischinger is considered nationally as a leader in both functional jaw orthopedics and orthodontic technology and has lectured extensively throughout the United States.  i have actually been to his office.  he is famous for never pulling teeth to put on braces.  he is sent cases from all over the world.  i would consult his office first before getting any teeth pulled.  if you do have teeth pulled for any other reason, it is best to go to a biologic dentist so that you do not form a cavitation in your jaw.
