Question regarding bridges

Hi HarleyGyrl,

I had a question about bridges. As you might know i had my 2nd premolars in upper teeth removed by an incompetent orthodontist. class 2 malocclusion, so he said i had 2 choices remove upper tooth and pull it back or have jaw surgery yadayada etcetera. I chose first option

I actually finally found a dentist/orthodontist in the netherlands who uses if necessary widening technique of arches so im contemplating switching to them.

Anyway, thing is to fill up those gaps (IF i would want to do that, costs alot) the dentist said its gonna be needing implants and/or bridges.

Its both damn expensive i read, so im banging my head against the wall for my present orthodontist to screw up on this and convince me there is no other way besides jaw surgery or pulling premolars.

So, bridges or implants. What would be your choice. Ive been reading up on prices and it really doesnt differ a whole lot between each other, if i am correct. would need 2 implants and/or 2 bridges

Would appreciate the input
