I wouldn't. Androgenetic alopecia is caused by DHT. Block the DHT and the hair will grow back.

I have been doing good on these all natural, no side effect products. Very affordable and safe unlike the big Pharmaceuticals.

I shampoo my hair with this $10 shampoo that washes out the DHT externally. You have to use shampoo you might as well use this.
