I know it's not natural, but nizoral 2% cream

I'm all about the natural medicine myself. I do the colon cleansing, liver flushes, fasts, etc, but I'm considering using Nizoral 2% cream. Not the shampoo because that is very harsh. The cream is fairly cheap and the only side effect I heard of is a possible itchy scalp during the first week. The key ingredient is Ketoconazole (KCZ)

Anyway, I've been seeing some good tests about this product.
