Re: Sunflowers and carrot juice.

Hello wheatgrass yogi I grow my sunflowers on a growing medium just like my grass.Ive yet to try sunflower sunnies,I prefer micro-greens for maximum chlorophly intake. When your consuming lots of carrot juice do you notice weather the high suger content interferes with inflamation controls?I stay away from carrot juice because of the high suger content and the type of suger that is liberated from the carrot. If you figure a wild/nonhybrid carrot has a suger content of 4% and the average glow in the dark super sized hybrid has around 12-16% suger. Then take the 300% increase in suger and times it by 10 for one glass you get a 3000% gain in suger from the originaly designed carrot. One could imagine this causes an insulin reaction which requires energy and mineral reserves to bring back into balance.I believe strict control of insulin balance by choosing more balanced fruits and veggies is the wise way to go.I would love to here your thoughts on this subject as well as anyone else who would like to chime in on the subject at hand.
