thanks plzchuckle... ill continue with the ACV then.. but my only concern is that it contains alcohol, which i cannot tolerate right now..but ill take it and see how it goes.

i do have undigested food in my stools sometimes..most of the time not though.
i did not know that grains are mucous forming. well im on a celiac diet anyhow.
i have perfect stomach acid for digesting food,,and have colon cleansed...it must just be my liver. i guess things effect us in different ways but its all the same cause,,sluggish internal system.
