Re: bile question, plz advise

I am NOT a healthcare practitioner of any sort.  My education is completely self-eduacation and I am a self-experimenter.

I'm guessing here, applying what I've read and a bit of common sense.

Floating stools?  Sure I've had that!!!  Hasn't everybody that has liver dysfucntion?  When this wass truly a SERIOUS issue, I've had floating FOOD in my toilet, so floating stolls phase was a good sign, at least I had started digesting.  So whoever told you that it's poor digestion could absolutely be correct.  This can also be caused by not digesting fats, too much fat in your stools can cause them to float.

Floating stools can be more than not enough bile being produced, that would be more inclined to be related to tthe fat digestion tho.  Enzymes, friendly bacteria, and stomach acids digest the main part of your food intake.  Alot of things can wreck your digestive balance.  Eating raw fruit, mostly raw fruit and easily bring things back into balance within a few days.

I've been eating 1 raw pineapple each week for a year now ... sure seems to fix what's ailing my digestive tract !!!  I eat this as one meal.  Pineapple is an enzyme-rich food.  It is also very detoxing.

Mucus-forming foods:  animal flesh, aminal products, grains ... these all wreck my delicate balance while I'm trying to get all these issues healed.  One meal containing these things are a set back for me.  An alkaline stomach is my best friend for digestion!!

ACV not good for the liver?  I'd argue til I was blue in the face with the person that told you that, even if they have a PhD in holistic medicine and all the book evidence in the world.  Why?  When I got started with healing MY liver, I had pain that was a 10.  There were many days in my life when it only hurt me to breathe.  I drank a many-a mug of hot water w/ACV, sometimes even sweetened with stevia because it RELIVED THE PAIN.  I switched up drinking ACV, lemon water, and using a pinch of epsom salts in my water.

Everywhere you read, liver flushers should eat apples, drink apple juice, drink apple cidar.  Everywhere you read firmented foods are curative foods.  It only makes sense to me that a firmented apple juice would be good for the liver.

I do not take ACV on a daily basis, but when I want it, I have it and will continue doing so.  When my body tells me that I want a hot cup of sweetened ACV, I have it.  I've done this recently.  Today, instead of having with stevia, I use sorghum molasses for a shot of plant minerals.
