I'm not an expert, but I've always heard that the floating stools were the healthiest ones to have. Though the best indication of bile is dark brown colored stools. I haven't liver flushed yet and am considering it - but when I want more bile production, Thysillan works wonders. I can't speak for anyone else, but my liver seems to love thysillan. FWIW.
