after it's been soaked over night in room tempeture then drained/rinsed in cool water we cook the sticky rice in a large funnel bamboo type thinga majiggy,place it in a large container not sure what the material of it,then boil the water inside allowing it to steam the rice.The bottom of the container has calcium and mineral deposits from what it looks like.It's a type of metal,though not sure what it is.
How do you suggest preperation of sticky rice and with what devices? I like the texture and taste but right now I am clearly suffering some kind of toxic effects from either the preperation or toxic build up, I just feel out of whack.I never eat rice but when I do, i usualy feel exactly the same way as I do now
