Okay..enough is enough.I 'tried' reintroducing white rice and sticky rice back into my diet..nadda. I feel sick now.I have trouble sleeping at bedtime,though immediatly after eating it I feel sleepy.My gut is in knots and I feel like crap.There also has been alot of mucus in my stools.I am officially DONE with rice,ANY kind of rice.I just awoken after only 4 1/2 hours of sleep..crappy sleep I might add.
I am now wondering how much this has had an impact on my underweightness,trouble gaining weight and health problems in my youth...most likely..I reconise this feeling and it's NOT good at all.
