Re: 24 LF's, lots of exercise, no weight loss. Why?
I would like at two things:
What is your diet like? I'm sure you eat well (according to the average person), but it may be what you eat. When I started running (at least 20 miles a week), I wasn't losing any weight. After doing research on Curezone, I realized (and its hard to do) that the only right diet for me (right now) is one without grains, breads, and dairy (though I'm wondering how raw will affect me and plan on exploring that option soon). When I eat a diet of carb heavy veggies (yams, carrots), fruits, animal protein, good fats, and lots of greens, the weight comes right off. To get instant carbs after a workout, I make a lemonade and/or take a TBS of Blackstrp molasses.
Have you done a fast (Orange Fast, MC, etc.)? Doing liver flushes, cleansing my bowels and doing the
Master-Cleanse helped a lot.
The Master Cleanse probably was the best thing for me. I didn't do it for weight lost purposes. For some reason, removing waste, mucuous, and god only knows what else, has helped my body function properly including digesting food and using it for energy. A fast helped me get past my plateau weight. Now that I'm exercising again (and continuing to eat well), the weight is starting to come off even more.
