I'm like the dawg on the commercial "baconbaconbacon" then I think about the nitrates and what it can do to my liver and it makes it easy to say "I'll pass." 

ICE CREAM!!!   Remember the Saturdays churning it in the backyard?  Sitting on the churn for daddy when he needed to use two hands to crank?  THAT WAS REAL ICE CREAM!!!!!  Put it in the freezer and in 3 days, it wasn't fit for human consumption.  So what they putting in that stuff from the store, even the healthfood grocery stores?  3 yrs later, that stuff is still creamy?????  That's nitrates too.  Want cancer?  Have some more ice cream!!!

Control my food-habit or die?  hmmmm ... I don't seem to see a choice in this.
