Re: how do I take BHT with flax seed oil? heat/refrigeration questions

yup-- I've used several types of coconut oil, virgin and extra virgin. bleah! I'm trying to get rid of a bottle of flax seed oil before I go on vacay, but I'll probably go back to coconut oil soon... and maybe just add some cayenne to it. I'm hoping that won't negate any of the BHT properties. I do also get the tropical traditions vco-- don't think I have the green one but I'll check. Great sales though. best one I hit was a buy one get one free with free shipping.

hey, naturalist, by any chance would you know how hot BHT can get before it degrades?

crossed country with my non-see-through bottle, but the car did get really hot several times.
