First off, Science is not a religion and it is also not Atheist. Science is just the best available method by which we can find out about the universe.

Many times diseases come and go without any good explanation, now perhaps my bronze age ancestors could only explain it by supernatural means, I am a member of a modern scientific society and have far better means to deal with such events.

Weird thing is that "Your faith has healed you" works for people that don't believe in the Bible, Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs, Shinto, or any other religion. It even works if you have no religions. Now this to a rational person would mean that there are several gods that could heal you because you believe in them, or that one god or group of gods that don't care what your believe in and randomly go around healing people or that there is no supernatural interference and sometimes these things happen.
