Re: getting off milk and dairy
Pasteurized milk is very bad for you; organic raw milk is very good for you.
While I no longer drink milk, I do use raw goat milk to make yogurt, kefir, and cheese. There is nothing wrong with drinking milk as long as it is raw and organic. And r0berta is totally correct. Kefir is one of the best fermented drinks you can put in your body. I drink it daily. I use to drink 2
quarts a day.
Fiber: I take a TBLS of flax seed, grind it up, and put it in vegetable juice or Perfect Foods every morning. Fruits and vegetables are high in fiber. Breads, muffins, and pancakes made from coconut flour are very high in fiber.
You can make smoothies with fruit alone. I like frozen strawberries, a frozen banana, and yogurt blended together. (You can use almond milk or defrosted fruit as your liquid also.) You can use any fruit in place of the strawberries and you may want to use 2 frozen bananas.
I like to blend together 1 cup of yogurt, a small frozen banana, 1 egg yolk, 1/3 cup of frozen blueberries (or any frozen fruit) After it is blended I add 1-2 TBLS of coconut oil.
For breakfast I like to line a bowl with berries, add 1 cup of yogurt, and then sprinkle it with coconut flakes.

Eat organic butter every day if you so desire.
