Trust me... I am not saying that you need to make drastic changes to your diet right now - however it sounds like you should (in the future) work on developing a healthier diet. The great thing is, you can still get rid of the yeast and improve your digestion by just making two changes. Either one of these two changes - alone - will improve the health issues you have described.
If you add fruit (which contains fiber anyway) and Kefir (far superior to yogurt) to a morning smoothie - you will be not only be getting your fiber but also repopulating your gut with the necessary beneficial bacteria. If you do this and increase your water intake to equal 1/2 your weight in water, your bowels will function very well. You also will NOT have problems with yeast.
This is such an easy and inexpensive solution. Not only that, but if you drink 1/2 your weight in ounces of water each day - you will easily kick your soda habit. Drinking half your weight in ounces of water means that if you weigh 160 pounds, you should be drinking 80 ounces of water each day - in addition to any other liquids that you consume. This is what ANY normal healthy human should be consuming daily anyway - in order to be properly hydrated.
Benefits of Kefir
Kefir has many benefits including better digestion of fats, proteins and carbohydrates, and has been known for thousands of years for its anti-aging and immune enhancing properties.
* Kefir is an ancient cultured food rich in amino acids, enzymes, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and B vitamins. Kefir means "feel good" in Turkish, and that's just how you'll feel after drinking a glass in the morning! It is superior to commercial yogurt. An absolute must after antibiotic use!
* Unlike yogurt, kefir can actually colonize the intestinal tract.
You can drink Kefir straight, mix it in a smoothie or just mix it with some apple juice. Do a search on Kefir within curezone and on google. Even if you already know something about Kefir, there is so much information out there. You can even learn to make your own.

I get my Kefir from Kroger or Publix. The brand is called Lifeway. It looks like this:
Here is a link to the Lifeway site with info on Kefir.

Thanks for the calorie counter link. I will definitely use it.

Yes, it is cheese and all dairy. But, you don't have to give up milk. Buy pacific original rice milk. You can use it for everything you use milk in. I also use pacific original almond milk to drink. I make smoothies with rice milk if I want it to be like milk, otherwise I use water.
Cows produce milk only to feed their baby calf. So, factory farmers (which have all but replaced the small farmer) artificially inseminate them every year which causes them to produce 100 pounds of milk a day, 10 times more than they would in nature. Then, they take their calf from them at only a day or two old. The female calves are slaughtered for the rennet in their stomachs (an ingredient of most commercial cheeses) or used for dairy cows. http://curezone.com/blogs/m.asp?f=1184&i=117
