I think one of the important things is not just to say "Please test these and say what they are." Tests like that are mega expensive, because you literally have to test for everything so most labs simply dont do them.
It might be best to keep it very simple and just ask for an analysis of the percentages of cholesterol, calcium bilirubinate and oleic acid. (The latter to rule out the saponification of olive oil theory.)
