I dont think that is necessarily correct. Cholesterol gall stones are formed when excess cholesterol precipitates out from bile that is supersaturated with cholesterol.
So, if flushing results in a lowering of overall cholesterol levels, one would expect an ultra sound to show fewer gall stones, especially if apple juice, malic acid or other substances known to break up stones have been taken.
