Pedophilia is not normal behavior, so I believe law enforcement are correct in trying to make laws against posting pics of kids if you are a Pedophile.  I think it is good to out this guy, because if we could have prevented things like Columbine by more awareness it would have paid off.  I believe pollutants, drugs, and things like vaccinations are changing DNA in some people and creating aberrant behavior.  Capitalism, which creates a rich and poor class can also create criminals.  Yes, mass hysteria is not good on some things, but for Pedophiles, it is good if it prevents one child from being molested.  The law of averages says this guy is not going to go his entire life just going out to places and watching little girls without ever trying anything.  These are anti-socials who are afraid of society, but like the fact they can control children.  Even on the news, he was hiding his face with a big hat when interviewed.  This guy may never get the nerve up to molest, but why take the chance.  My guess is that he has done it and not been caught or he has come close to doing it.
