McClellan has no reasonable expectation of privacy.

One of the mothers from the neighborhood saw the site and realized that McClellan was describing her daughter, in other words, he revealed himself on the website by describing the whereabouts of his activities (he was invading the other person's privacy). The police didn't make the first move and invade anything, they only did what they can to protect the public.

What right was violated (right to WHAT?...PRIVACY?). McClellan had no reasonable expectation of privacy, he advertised himself on the website and did not conceal his identity or activities.

Perverted Justice is probably on the phone with him now.

His phone number is probably listed in the Verizon Super Pages web site and everybody in the country is giving him crank calls. He was never really serious about his privacy.

Maybe Perverted Justice can find a way to get him on p 0 r n o g r a p h y laws.
