I have problems with conflicting opinions about ph and intestinal infection.
Should one alkalinize the body, or acidify it? And how is one supposed to do that, if it can be done.
on this forum, I have read numerous posts by ''moreless'' advocating alkalinization, as candida is supposed to thrive in acidic waste.
I have tried to alkalinize by eating tons of veggies, but my urine ph has not changed really; it just changes with the time of the day--6,5 in the morning, 7,5 in the afternoon. Or is the intestinal ph totally independant from the intestinal one?
Is there scientific observation behind all these claims? In any case, it's very confusing.
