This author has his name printed as "Dr" Peter D'Adamo on his book cover but he is not a doctor and does not have a doctoral degree. He's a "naturopath" which is a title requiring very little training compared with any college degree. I bought the book "Eat Right For Your Type", thought it sounded good and so I bought his smaller book "Food Beverage and Supplement" book for my blood type, to carry with me. Well, the lists in the supplement book do not match the "beneficial" and "avoid" foods in the main book!!! There are also discrepancies in the Eat Right for Your Type book and the Live Right for Your Type book. He'll tell a blood type to avoid something but then that very food will be an ingredient in a recipe for that blood type, or it'll be suggested as a remedy for a health condition for that blood type.
