i had to, because it made me dizzy.  too much fluoride causes hypothyroidism.  if you keep drinking it, you may want to get a metabolic panel done ever once in a while.  if you have any mercury fillings, thyroid tests can show no problem, though, because mercury interferes with the test and will often show it normal.  but, if you don't have any, mercury and drink tea often, it would be wise to get the tests.  i recommend the full metabolic panel, because a simple thyroid test doesn't test all the of the thyroid functions is what i have been told.
