How does brushing remove tooth enamel? And what to suggest one do after meals? Just floss and then rinse? Also Im kinda confused about the salt water. Are you saying it does kill bacteria you just have to rinse with it a long time? I rinse with Sea Salt at least 5 minutes, after oil pulling in the morning, before bed and sometimes after my mid day meal as well. It seems to be helping with my bleeding gums.
