Even dentists agree that brushing removes enamel.You should brush your teeth when you wake up and before you go to sleep ,and never for more than two minutes.
Re the salt water, you should not rinse with it,you should hold it in your mouth for a few minutes ,though not as long as you hold oil in your mouth when oil pulling.
After meals you should floss ,use toothpicks and chew sugarless gum with xylitol which will increase salivation and promote remineralization of enamel
