Brains, I want to be a total fruitarian, I really do!!!!!
BUT....
I am so toxic that I get to feeling major crappy. I've found how to control my detoxing and this is what I do.
At work, when I get into MAJOR detox and feel like I've got flu symptoms, I eat cheese crackers. Inside of one hour, I'll feel ok. Because I needed junk food? NOOOOOO because the junk food stopped the detoxing in it's tracks.
During the day today, I drank distilled water and almost one whole cataloup, a big one. This evening, I"ll be having hummus and chips from organic sources ... before I go to bed I'll have a quart of Lakewood Farms organic juice of one variety or another.
I've worked today, came in a vacuumed a floor and will get more stuff done around the house before I go to bed. I feel GREAT. (no crackers at work today, didn't feel like the flu).
