bulimia....help :(

i want to make myself purge all the time but i cant cos my parents now have a watch over me all the time my best friend does as well and so does my boyfriend. i have never been so miserable.... is there anyways that i can purge without being found out help me please i am puttin on so much weight and it is makin me sucidal!!!
