That is sad to hear about the change in meat but good to hear how you are doing. Isn't it great? I still have to work on getting my pH up but my body is telling me I'm on the right road to getting there.
I'm not sure if many farmers know about brix. It would be great if they were more informed and purposely grew high brix foods but until the world clammers for it, I guess they will not go to the trouble to do it.
