now the discharge is milky white (and looks like strings)

has a mucousy look to it.

I did douche with ozonated water and 2 capfuls of ACV

My period was supposed to start on the 21st of this month. It's now 4 days late.

They are so irregular, that I can't tell what date it may start.

I feel as if i don't know my body anymore
