Thanks for being so cool and so patient - and for reposting that link. So often (as in this case) I'll save something to view or read at a later time, and then it gets lost.

I've got sevearl pages printed from the site/company which obviously put together that video (which I'm about to go back and watch NOW, this time) - same logo. But for some reason the site does not appear on the printed pages.

I think this video will get me back to square one.
