With my EMEM I just lay down on the bed in complete luxury and have the Atelier run a CAFL program for about 30 minutes. I lay on my back with the grounding plate under my calves and the energy wand behind my neck to get an extra flow of energy the length of my body. Listen to a CD while using. If I have a symptom or known infection ( Herpes Zoster ) I use the appropriate frequencies and it seems to work very well.

Depending on your condition the Beck Protocol is very simple, inexpensive and more effective than most electronic medicine. Since I bought my EMEM and Atelier I haven't had the need to use the Beck Protocol.
