I did back down to 8 drops a day and later 4 drops for a while. I only did the "time off" for 3 days and only once then. I know I should do more. As you say, maybe one day per week. I will probably build back up to at least 50M. I know I need to fight fungus; and I'm sure Iodine is the best antifungal for this purpose. I forgot about vitamin D being so helpful. We have had so much rain here (near Austin TX) that I haven't been out much. I should take a supplement until things get better.
