Well, I didn't see any where that stated that Magnesium Sulphate was a killer drug. It did warn against massive overdoses and also about taking when severe or chronic problems are already present. Don't take it if you don't want to, that's your choice. But I would much rather take it than any commercial laxative that uses artificial stimulants that can lead to laxative dependency. I repeat, I would never consider doing a Liver Flush without taking Epsom salt. I do not believe the amount used in The Clark Flush is anywhere near an overdose.
And now for the statement you don't want to hear, I've done over thirty flushes and I ain't dead.
