I would never do a Liver Flush without Epsom salt.
Do a search on "dangers of Epsom salt", that's what I did I could not find any hard evidence that ES was dangerous, just the opposite in fact. Beware of sites that have something to sell, they generally have their own agenda that makes their products seem like the best.
