Have a look at the website www.sensiblehealth.com, and if you want, call Mrs Chang the owner of this lab. She is against the use of Epsom Salt. She recommends it only under special circumstances. I did my flush and did not use it and I will do another flush tomorrow without using it either. I personally don´t know how bad it is, but I was successful without using it. Good luck!! Fernando
