I had roughly the same problem, then I realized I was missing something in my diet that I have never eaten: fish. I hate fish but one day I accidentally ordered talapia fish at the restaurant and wouldn't ya know, not only was it good, but it helped clear me up. I bought some the next day in the freezer isle of the grocery store and ate that stuff ( with Old Bay seasoning and corn ) for dinner for 3 days straight. Unfriggin believable. I don't know what in the hell is in that fish, but whatever it is, my body reacted more positively than any medication, fasting, herbs or vitamins EVER did. No more cleanses, no more fasting, no more useless herbs. My skin will literally clear up in 2 days if I have that fish for 2 days in a row--and cut out dairy and sugar, of course. It may work for you, it may not, but that's what FINALLY cleared me up. Good luck, mate!
