the importance of excersize


I have been such a depressing lethargic lazy ass for the past year lol since december I haven't been working out for shiet.I have started getting really bad lower back pain from developing a bad slouch as well as tensing up my lower back when laying down to work on my laptop cruising the web.I have just been lazy and have had bad posture as well! I just been plain lazy ever since I got a home theater projector and home theater system all I been was watching movies and lazying around.Anyways, I thought my back was done for which is pretty sad being that for the last two years or so I had many personal bests in the deadlift,power clean and military press ,not to mention gaining a ton of pulling/chinning power. I also had lost some definition though the base of my physique is still here...


Well i figured out the problem..I had simply just stopped working out and I need to get back on the wagon again.So I did the beloved deadlift once again ,db presses and some curls and attempted the military press.I was pretty strong but being that I am doing a parasite cleanse I was still feeling under the weather.Today though I feel the reconizable feeling of ...good soreness,my entire lower back,my hams,thighs,traps,back and lats,chest was all sore.I feel strong again and though my lower back hurts it's not the ache of pain from disfunction but pain from the muscles being worked hard.I will slowly and surely build up to my high sets,moderate rep deadlift powerlifting routine I am used to doing.I took my strength for granted being that I would be able to work out for like 2 hours whereas now I can barely kick out 45 minutes..one workout at a time though.I made a tremendous ammount of strength gain for the past few years but since I have slacked some though I have lost muscular endurance I am still pretty strong just not do as many sets.

Well..my back pain is gone
