another thing that was killing my back was hunching over the sink every morning to wash my face and brush my teeth lol ..I'd hunch over the entire time! I now stand up perfectly erect..'no pun intended' (morning wood FTW lol)

How many sets did you do those deadlifts for ?back when I was training seriously I would work up to about 10-12 sets and change their intensity level accordingly..

I got up to about 290lbs for 3-5 reps for about 10-11 sets
rested about 3 minutes between sets and left two reps in the bank,sometimes I'd go to failure but that realllly drained me.
