I've drank varied amounts of pure water over the last several years. I recently lowered my h20 intake from 2 quarts daily to about 1 quart daily. I get a lot of water in fruit, vegetables, juice, cooked rice, oatmeal, pasta, etc. I currently only drink about four 8 oz glasses of water daily. I don't want to get mineral depletion and water intoxication, which I've had before.
Is a lot of water needed with glycos? One person recommends an 8 oz glass of water when taking glyco powder, but I don't believe in drinking with meals.
