Re: Water
The amount of water I quoted is what Dr. McDaniel has taught was most beneficial after his 20 years of following people using glycos.
If you use A*****ose which is of course a powder and as such dehydrated so first you want the water to rehydrate the glycos to make them accessible to the cells.
Dr. Nugent says that sipping is better as the water then actually gets to the cells whereas if you drink it in large amounts it tends more to just flush.
8 glasses a day is the normal rule of thumb unless it is significantly less than what Dr Reg recommends.
I don't know how much it takes to get mineral depletion- the woman who died from water intoxication had drunk a huge amount though I don't remember the amount.
It would seem logical that if you're sipping all day long you're not likely to find the problems you fear.
As well you could be using a 3rd generation mineral and vitamin supplement which delivers both minerals and vitamins directly as recognized food which should also help keep those nutrients in the cells rather than washed away.
good luck
