After my two-week water fast, i spent a week on juice (first two days was juice with water) and after that first week on juice i spent a whole week on raw veggies, very light chicken broth with lemon, whole wheat bread with a high content in fiber, and sparkling water with ice and natural lime juice--my very favorite drink
let me tell you, i never felt better in my whole life. my skin looked simply great. my mood improved dramatically. i was more focused...oh, and i used olive oil for absolutely everything: salad dressing, moisturizer, even to clean my skin at night with warmluke water...it is great for your colon too.
