I bought 100ml of extra-virgin neem oil and place 2-3 drops with water in a shaker. I shake vigorously then drink it.
It tastes like petrol.
I am taking this much twice a day for the last few days of this Humaworm cycle. Then I won't take it again for a few months. I want to make the most of this last week. before 3 months off.
I feel 'wriggles' all over after taking it - legs, bottoms of feet, scalp etc.
It feels a bit like running the last 100m of a 400m race and I want to give it everything I can no matter how bad I feel..I feel a bit sorry for those around me as my moods have been crazy the past 3 weeks.
I'm also eating 3-4 cloves of raw garlic & 1/2 a teaspoon of red chili paste daily. I love garlic so it's no problem!
