PB...Re: O/T Hemorrhoids

so, I know this may sound 'out there' except do the hemorrhoids (thanks for the correction of the spelling, it did not look right to me)have to be 'out' to do this with the collidal silver?

I went and picked up some CS today. Am going to do this yet if they are not aggravated (out) will this protocol work?
