parasite cleansing needs to be done, at least twice annually...because we are picking up 'things' all the time.

We improve our immunity by strengthening our inner systems and making better choices, and we continue to cleanse regularly, just in case...like brushing our teeth.

I let my second cleanse slide. A comedy of errors prevented me from starting the next 30-day round when I knew I would need it.

I can FEEL that it is overdue...that's how effective this cleanse is for me.
