One hint...give up asparagus

I love asparagus. But, going without has lessened the urge, considerably.

Who knew?

Probably there are other foods to watch, too. I'm thinking spinach and rhubarb, right now. Maybe try switching lemons for limes for a while.

Cheese is solid mould, someone was saying. After a lifetime of eating lots of cheese, I was able to give it up...cold turkey.

Experimentation may be the best way.
