As for the watermelon, I have a tendency...when I start... to just eat until I cannot eat anymore :D. The one thing I notice though, is it sure does help eliminate my intestines! Right now, here in Michigan, they are reasonably priced, so I have been purchasing at least one a week LOL.
As for the parsley, I will do that...chew it thoroughly. I have been eating 2 cloves of garlic each evening. So, I am thinking it will be best to have the garlic and then chew parsley to stop the garlic breath. Thus, it will work with kidneys and breath.
