An often HUGE, missed part of detox in these lists is the lymphatic system... start sweating every day, the sooner the better.
DO NOT EVER wear antiperspirants or any cosmetic that will hinder the free flow of sweat. Try to avoid shoes and socks as much as possible.
If due to physical limitations, exercise is not possible (the best way to go because it will do so much more for you as well) get in a hot detox bath, sauna, sit out on a hot day, whatever... but get the sweat rolling. :-)
